UNT center evaluates alternative treatments aimed at helping kids with autism

The University of North Texas’ Kristin Farmer Autism Center has been tapped by the state to identify ways to help underserved families with children on the autism spectrum.

UNT showcases top jazz ensembles at Arts & Jazz Festival

The Grammy-nominated One O’Clock Lab Band and other College of Music jazz ensembles will perform jazz standards, mariachi, steel drum and a variety of other music at the University of North Texas Showcase Stage April 24-26 at Denton’s Arts & Jazz Festival.

National Security Agency and Department of Homeland Security name UNT a Center for Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Research

The National Security Agency and Department of Homeland Security have designated the University of North Texas a National Center for Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Research. UNT is one of about 60 designated research centers in the U.S.
