UNT named Tree Campus USA university for 7th year in a row

The Arbor Day Foundation has recognized the University of North Texas as a 2014 Tree Campus USA university for its dedication to campus forestry management and environmental stewardship.

UNT TAMS student to present forensic chemistry research in Austin

Tiffany Jiang, a second-year Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science student at UNT, will present her forensic chemistry research March 4 (Wednesday) at the Texas State Capitol in Austin as part of Texas Undergraduate Research Day.

UNT selected as a “Top School” by “Military Advanced Education”

Military Advanced Education” has awarded the University of North Texas the designation of a Top School in its “2015 Military Advanced Education Guide to Colleges and Universities,” a guide which measures the best practices in military and veteran education. The guide was released in the December issue of “Military Advanced Education.”
